I found this image on my friend's blog and I thought it was great... Luckily (hopefully) none of my students are following me on Twitter... as far as I know..?
My tweets are protected as well, mostly to avoid having employers from following me. I never really considered that my students may follow me on twitter mostly because I don't think they're on it.
I always wondered if having twitter as part of the Class Participation grade would be worth the effort (obviously I would create a new Twitter account for this)?
I have a separate "teacher" twitter. I don't think any students actually follow it, although they could. ;)
ReplyDeleteHee hee! This is great. I'm not even a teacher yet and I protect my tweets. Now, mainly, to avoid having professors follow me. Later, for students.
